Translation

γραφὰς σφραγίζω Κωνσταντίνου Δαλασσηνοῦ τοῦ Δούκα.

I seal the letters of Constantine Dalassenos Doukas.

Commentary

The inscription appears to consist of a correct metrical verse, γραφὰς σφραγίζω Κωνσταντίνου τοῦ Δούκα, into which the family name Dalassenos has been inserted. See Cheynet's comments in La société, 454-55.
