Bust of St. George holding a spear over his right shoulder and a shield with his left hand. Epigraphy on either side: |γ|ε|ρ|γ,: ὁ ἅ(γιος) Γεώργ(ιος). Border of dots.

Inscription of four lines, a cross above. Border of dots.

Note the form σφραγῖδα used here in the nominative, echoing popular usage.
