Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Μιχαὴλ βασιλικῷ βεστίτορι καὶ πρωτονοταρίῳ τοῦ βεστιαρίου.

Mother of God, help your servant Michael imperial vestitor and protonotarios of the vestiarion.

Commentary

It is possible that the owner's office was imperial notarios of the vestiarion but it seems clear to us that the abbreviation is A and not R.
