N. kouboukleisios and grammatikos.
Commentary
The reading of the name is uncertain; the Ω seems to be present as the second letter of the word, and we cannot read the letter thereafter; we could have Θωμᾷ (Thomas), Κωνσταντίνῳ (Constantine), or Ἰωάννῃ (John, with a decoration after the Ω).
The Γ in the four line looks more like a Τ, but must be a Γ for the reading of the seal.
