Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Λέοντι μοναχῷ, κουβουκλησίῳ καὶ ἀνθρώπὸ Ἀλεξίῳ δεσπότου.

Laurent identifies the "despot" as the Patriarch of Constantinople, Alexios I the Stoudite.
