The Mother of God standing, turned to her right, with her hands outstretched towards the manus Dei visible above. On either side, the sigla: ̅θυ̅: Μ(ήτη)ρ Θ(εο)ῦ. Within concentric circles of dots, a circular inscription beginning with a cross at twelve o'clock:

The inscription is a twelve-syllable verse divided into hemistichs by the arrangement of the obverse and reverse lettering.
