Bust of the Mother of God orans, with the medallion of Christ before her. On either side: ̅θυ̅: Μή(τη)ρ Θ(εο)ῦ. Border of dots.

Inscription of four lines, a cross above (and presumably a decoration below, as with the parallels noted in this entry). Border of dots.
