Bust of the Virgin with the medallion of Christ before her. Crosses on either side. Wreath border.

Reverse

Cruciform monogram. Wreath border.

Translation

. . . πατρικίου.

(Seal of) N. patrikios.

Commentary

The reverse monogram contains the title of patrikios, in addition to a name admitting of any number of possibilities, such as Ἰσαάκιου (Isaac), Καλλίστου (Kallistos), Καστρίκιου (Kastrikios), Κρατίστου (Kratistos), Σταυρακίου (Staurakios), or Ἀρσακίου (Arsakios).
