This is the seal of John Kedrenos.

Commentary

A parallel to this specimen is found in the collection of the Hermitage (M-8078, Likhachev, Molivdovuly,  p. 105, no. 11). Other contemporary seals bearing the family name Kedrenos are listed in Jordanov, Corpus II, p. 206-207.
