Translation

ἐπισφραγίζω καὶ σφραγίζω τοὺς λόγους. Θύτης τοῦ Ἕλους Μιχαὴλ Βαρὺς γράφει.

I ratify and seal these documents. Michael Barys, bishop of Helos, writes this.

Commentary

The reading of this seal is not entirely certain. The inscription appears to consist of two self-contained twelve-syllable verses.

Helos is attested as a suffragan of Patras from the tenth century, but its exact location remains unknown. The seal edited here should be added to the specimens from Helos published in DO Seals 2.26.
