Commentary
The restoration of the first name is not secure. It could as well be Θεόδουλος or Θεόδοτος. A tax collector named Theodoulos is mentioned in the miracles of St. Eugenios (J.O. Rosenqvist, The Hagiographic Dossier of St. Eugenios of Trebizond in Codex Athous Dionysiou 154 [Uppsala, 1996], 350.
