Translation

Κύριε βοήθει Κοσμᾷ μοναχῷ, ῥαίκτωρι καὶ προέδρῳ.

Lord, help the monk Kosmas, raiktor, and proedros.

Commentary

The combination of these three offices requires some examination: while raiktors are occasionally clerics, his title of proedros is peculiar: perhaps he is an early eleventh-century proedros, with the office of presidency of the senate, or indeed, a bishop (as proedros means in some instances).
