Obverse

Bust of St. Panteleimon holding the martyr's cross in his right hand. On either side, epigraphy: |Π|ν|τ|ε|Λ, : ὁ ἅ(γιος) Παντελ(εήμων). Within a border of dots, a circular inscription beginning at seven o'clock:

εινμεσζπ̣ντελεη̣μ̣

δειν(ῶν) με σῴζ(οις), Παντελεήμ(ων)

Reverse

Inscription of five lines beginning and ending with a cross. Border of dots.

δεινῶν με σῴζοις, Παντελεήμων, Θεοφάνην σὸν οἰκέτην ἀσηκρῆτις.

Panteleimon, may you preserve me from dangers, your servant Theophanes the asekretis.
