Translation

ὁμωνυμοῦντι σὴν χάριν δίδου, θύτα.

Bestow your grace upon your servant of the same name, bishop.

Commentary

The deterioration of the obverse makes it impossible to identify the saint whose name was the same as the owner's. From the word θύτης in the inscription, we know that the saint will have been a bishop, so Nicholas or Basil are the most likely candidates.
