Translation

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Φιλαρέτῳ [. . .] κε ταξηάρχῃ τῷ Βραχαμίῳ.

Lord, help your servant Philaretos Brachamios, [. . .] and taxiarches.

Commentary

The κε on the reverse would have been preceded by a title, which the engraver has omitted.
