In the upper field, busts of Constans II on the left, bearded, and of Constantine IV, beardless, each wearing a crown and a chlamys and holding a globus cruciger in his right hand. In the lower field, inscription of four lines:

τρικιωκαιγε
ννικωκομμ
ερκι...ω.

Στεφάνῳ πατρικίῳ καὶ γεννικῷ κομμερκι[αρί]ῳ

In the upper fields, busts of Herakleios on the left and of Tiberios on the right, each wearing a crown and a chlamys and holding a globus cruciger in their right hands. In the lower field, inscription of four lines:

ελλενοπο.
τ...αση.
.....

ἀποθήκη[ς] Ἑλλενοπό[ν]τ[ου (καὶ)] αση...

Translation

Στεφάνῳ πατρικίῳ καὶ γεννικῷ κομμερκιαρίῳ.ἀποθήκης Ἑλλενοπόντου καὶ ..αση..

Commentary

The last letters of the reverse should normally refer to another province or group of provinces, over which Stephanos exercised authority. Zacos and Veglery proposed, with many reservations, καὶ πάσης Καππαδοκίας.
