Translation

σὸν λάτριν πιστὸν Εὐμάθιον, πάρθενε, νωβελλίσιμον τὸν Φιλοκάλην σκέποις.

Virgin, may you protect your faithful servant Eumathios Philokales, nobellisimos.

Commentary

The seal should be dated before the year 1099 when Eumathios Philokales became military commander of Cyprus with the title of protonobellisimos. See Wassiliou-Seibt's commentary for further references.
