Translation

Seal of Epiphanios, of the Artavasdos family and highly distinguished vestiarios.

Commentary

The metrical inscription sets the owner's name Epiphanios ("distinguished") against the adjective megalepiphanes ("highly distinguished") used to glorify his rather lowly rank of vestiarios.
