Upton Gardens located on 720 West Caramillo Street, Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1942, specialized in offering garden services, supplies and plants such as alpines, perennials, evergreens, trees and shrubs. Beatrix Farrand ordered a package of seeds from them in 1942 which was sent to James Bryce for the Dumbarton Oaks Gardens, Washington, D.C.
