Typewritten letter discussing board changes for the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden. Sellar Bullard, who has replaced General William Lassiter as president, would like to meet with Mildred Bliss if during his travel east, he comes to Washington, D.C. Maunsell van Rensselaer's doctor has ordered him to take three weeks leave.
