Description

Typewritten letter discussing acceptable designs and estimates for ongoing projects in the gardens. Projects include the Finalities tablet in the Rose Garden, the conversion of the Cool House (greenhouse) into a Garden Center, the steps for Mélisande's Allée, the panels in the Arbor Garden or Terrace, finials for the North Vista gates, and fabric for the Founders' Room.

Last three pages are letters and carbon copies of letters from G. Morris Steinbraker to Mildred Bliss, providing estimates for projects.

Unsigned with handwritten corrections. Probably written by Mildred Bliss.
