This video was taken in the Arbor Terrace at Dumbarton Oaks on October 4, 2013. It shows the art installation Cloud Terrace by cao | perrot studios. Cloud Terrace was constructed out of hand-sculpted wire mesh and over 10,000 water-drop Swarovski crystals, which were reflected in a central pool.
