Contents: Theophilus, Commentary on Hippocrates’ Aphorisms.
f.1: bears an inscription in Latin dated to 1698 with some interesting information pertaining to the manuscript’s history. It is transcribed in the print catalogue, p. 288 (available online, see electronic resources).
f.2r: title: Θεοφίλου φιλοσόφου έξήγησις εἰς τοὺς Ἱπποκράτους ἀφορισμοὺς κατὰ σύνοψιν. Σὺν θεῷ ἁγίῳ. Ὅρος ἀφορισμοῦ τί ἐστιν ἀφορισμός;
Incipit: “ἀφορισμός ἐστι λόγος....”
Chapters are numbered in the margins. There are also copious marginal notes in Greek.
f. 117v: desinit: “Σὺν θεῷ τέλος τῶν σχολιῶν Θεοφίλου φιλοσόφου εἰς τοὺς ἀφορισμοὺς Ἱπποκράτους.”
