Copied by Hierotheos, Metropolitan of Monemvasia.
Ms. was sent from Moscow to Constantinople by Archbishop Arsenios in 1602/3; sold and eventually presented to Patriarch Dositheos of Jerusalem in 1674.

Fol. 489r: Σκευασία τῆς ἱερᾶς πικρᾶς τοῦ Γαληνοῦ (short recipe).
