Best explained by Paul Moore’s note on Iter Psellianum, p. 240.
“An examination of the manuscript itself reveals that at fols. 1r-60r is found Blemmydes’ Epitome Logica (PG 142.688C - 821A). There no longer is here anything by Psellos at all. The manuscript was partially burnt in the fire of January 26, 1904. The surviving folios were loosely laid separately on new sheets of paper (the new sheets unnumbered). The old folios retained, it seems, their old numbers – at least now each has only one set of numbers, and fols. 1r-60r contain Blemmydes and not Psellos.”
