Blom y Weber

Buenos Aires, Argentina (Publisher)

In 1907, Blom and Weber (Blom y Weber) acquired the Buenos Aires photograph company, Fotografía Rimathé, from Samuel Rimathé, a Swiss immigrant who had come to Buenos Aires in 1888.  Rimathé had traveled through different regions of Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay and photographed the views and peoples of this region. He provided his images to postcard publishers, and this business was continued by Blom and Weber.
