Copied by Hierotheos, Metropolitan of Monemvasia.
Ms. was sent from Moscow to Constantinople by Archbishop Arsenios in 1602/3; sold and eventually presented to Patriarch Dositheos of Jerusalem in 1674.

Joseph Bryennios' homilies are written on fols. 197r-396v and not "197[r]-366[v]", as the catalog has it. This typographical error in Papadopoulos-Kerameus' catalog was transferred to Pinakes.

Fol. 488r-488v: Αἱ τῆς λογικῆς πᾶσαι λέξεις ἀραβικῶς.
Fol. 489r: Σκευασία τῆς ἱερᾶς πικρᾶς τοῦ Γαληνοῦ (short recipe).
Fol. 493r-493v: Two recipes.

Several folios left blank, without folio numbers in the ms.
