Notes

Cat. Aland 750.
Four Gospels.

Richly illustrated in the margins on many pages, but the color has mostly faded. Banners at the beginning of each Gospel. Full-page image of St. Luke.

Marginal notes and titles of the lections.
At the end: A note that the book was bought in 1519 by Michael Sgoutos, who was obviously not too preoccupied with the rules of Greek orthography: the book was called "Εβανγκαιληῶν Γερμανοῦ τοῦ Μαυρῶεἰδη".

Several pages close to the end of ms. are illegible due to decay of the codex (humidity).
