The number 63.73 is probably an order number, meaning that this was the 73rd order of the year 1963.
Folios 2r-361r. From the photo is appears that the first folio may be missing. Folios 2, 3 and 5-22 are filmed once, and then again but continuing to 361r. Both times there is no fol. 1 or fol. 4, suggesting that the film does indeed contain everything still extant.
Heavy redox on either end, especially the beginning; but film throughout is mostly still legible, with the exception mostly of some of the colored headings.
