Observations about the quality of the images:
The reproduction is both negative and positive.
pp. 384-385 and 390-391 are repeated several times. Often a shot of the two pages together is followed by larger images of the individual pages.
pp. 238-9 repeated twice.
pp. 294, the page is not entirely legible due to bad processing.
pp. 300-5 are poorly legible at the top due to bad processing or perhaps damage to the ms.
p. 342 is poorly legible due to bad processing.
