Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἰωάννῃ ἀνθυπάτῳ, πατρικίῳ, βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ ἐπὶ τοῦ Χρυσοτρικλίνου τῷ Λούλῳ.

Commentary

The family name Loulos (Λοῦλος) is attested in documents dating from 1051; cf. MM V, 7, and BZ 14 (1905), 593.
