Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Δαβὶδ σπαθαροκανδιδάτῳ, ἀσηκρίτῃ καὶ κριτῇ Νικοπόλεως.

Mother of God, help your servant David spatharokandidatos, asekretis and judge of Nikopolis.

Commentary

In the third line of the reverse, we believe that the line begins with a partially imprinted Ν, followed by .
