Translation

Σκληρῷ σφραγίς μοι ᾽Ρωμανῷ στρατηλάτης.

The stratelates is the seal to me, Romanos Skleros.

Commentary

The inscription invokes St Theodore Stratelates as the seal and protector of the owner, Romanos Skleros.
