Bust of St. Panteleimon, facing, holding a cross in his right hand and a book in his left. Inscription in columns to both sides: |Π|ΑΝ|ΤΕΛ|ΕΙ|ΜΟ|Ν: ὁ ἅγιος Παντελείμον. Circular inscription in the exergue within a border of dots.
