Saint, help your servant Euthymios monk, kouboukleisios, and kathegoumenos of the monastery τοῦ Ἀνθρακίτου.

Commentary

The restoration ['Ανθ]ρακίτου is reasonably suggested by Laurent in his unpublished catalogue of the Shaw Collection. He may, however, have considered the reading too uncertain for the seal to be included in his catalogue of ecclesiastical seals. No monastery of this name is encountered in Janin or the sigillography.

It is possible that the female saint is Thekla. At right one sees in a column two initial letters, which appear to be rounded, so either a theta or epsilon, followed by what could be a malformed K and a Λ.
