Translation

Commentary
The parallel specimen (BZS.1955.1.1172) permits identification of the monogram as type VIII.
Laurent, in his unpublished catalogue of the Shaw collection, points out that this may be the Theodore present at the council of 869 (Mansi, XVI, 341 E).
