Bust of St. Theodosios dressed in monastic garb with a large cross on his chest, and his hands held with palms upward before him. Inscription in two columns: |Θ|ΕΟ|ΔΟ|Σ|ΗΟ|Σ : Ὁ ἅ(γιος) Θεοδόσηος. Border of dots.

Translation

Σφραγὶς Συμεὸν μοναχοῦ καὶ ἀρχημαντρίτου τῶν Ἱεροσολύμων.

Seal of Symeon monk and archimandrite (of the monasteries) of Jerusalem.

Commentary

As Laurent has noted, Symeon must have been at the head of a (possibly informal) group of monasteries in the region of Jerusalem.
