Monogram composed of two crosses, one a St. Andrew's cross superimposed upon a standard cross. At each end, a letter. From the top, clockwise: οειθρη.. A border of pellets within a double border of dots.

Translation

Κύριε βοήθει Νικολάῳ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ ἐπὶ τοῦ Χρυσοστρικλίνου τῷ Συμπόνῳ.

Lord, help Nicholas Symponos imperial protospatharios epi tou Chrysotriklinou.
