St. Elias standing, facing, orans. Inscription visible in column at left: ο|η|λ|ι|α : ὁ (ἅγιος) Ἠλία[ς]. Linear border.

Reverse

In center, a cruciform monogram consisting of Θ at left, E at right, Δ in ligature with Ω at the bottom, and Ρ, surmounted by , at the top: Θεοδώρου. Circular inscription along the circumference, beginning at twelve o'clock and ending with a tendril. Wreath border.
