Translation

γραφὰς σφραγίζω Παντούλφου τοῦ Λιζίου.

I seal the letters of Pantoulphos Lizios.

Commentary

It is not out of the question that Λίζιος (read here as a family name) identifies the owner Pantoulphos (a variation of Pandolphos, a name of Lombard origin) as a "liegeman" or "vassal."

Note the poor quality of the inscription and the unusual form of certain letters, e.g. zeta and omega.
