Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθη Κωνσταντίνῳ διακόνῳ καὶ χαρτοφύλακι τῆς Μεγάλης Ἐκκλησίας.

Mother of God, help Constantine deacon and chartophylax of the Great Church.

Commentary

Although the reverse is corroded, the lettering is legible and the reading is secure.
