Translation

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἀσωτίο μαγήστρο τὸν Ταρονίτην.

Lord, help your servant the magistros Asotios Taronites.

Commentary

Note the switch in cases from the dative in the invocation to the accusative in the owner's name.
