Κύριε βοήθει Θεοδώρῳ (?) ἐπισκόπῳ (?) Ῥαιδεστοῦ.

Lord, help Theodore (?) bishop (?) of Raidestos.

Commentary

See also Asdracha, Thrace orientale, 293. The reconstruction of the name is uncertain: Theodore, Theodosios, Theodotos, Theodoulos are equally possible; the office is also uncertain, as the reading ἐπισκεπτίτῃ is possible yet less likely, since one would expect an episkeptites to hold an honorific title as well.
