Translation
Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ δούλῳ σοῦ. Γρηγορίου ἀπὸ ἐπάρχων χαρτουλαρίου.
Mother of God, help your servant. (Seal of) Gregory apo eparchon and chartoularios.
Commentary
The decipherment of the name Gregory is not certain, but seems likely, as the name clearly contains and the letter Γ could be formed from the junction of the Π and the left arm of the cross.
