Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Γρηγορίῳ πατρικίῳ, πραιποσίτῳ, βεστάρχῃ καὶ ἐπὶ τῶν δεήσεων (?).

Commentary
Since the remains of the sigla on the saint's left are illegible we cannot say with certainty which St. Gregory is depicted.
