Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει Θεοδοσίου ἀπὸ ὑπάτων.

Theotokos, give thy aid. (Seal of) Theodosios apo hypaton.

Commentary

The name found in the reverse monogram is likely Theodosios, with a Σ read at the right termination of the cruciform monogram; if instead it is an Ω, a remote possibility, then the monogram would read Θεοδώρου (Theodore).
