Arabic inscription in three lines. Indeterminate border.

Commentary

The Arabic inscription is badly corroded. While the word Allah is legible in the latter half of the top line (after what appears to be a Θ and then a couple of other characters),  the second and third lines cannot be satisfactorily deciphered.
