... μαγίστρῳ, κριτῇ τοῦ βήλου καὶ πραίτωρι Πελοπονήσου καὶ Ἑλάδος τῷ Ἀρταβάσδῳ.

Commentary

We know of several eleventh-century judges of the Velum who also became praitors (e.g., Zacos, Seals II, nos. 967, 994).
