Translation
Κύριε Ἰησοῦ Χριστὲ βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Μιχαὴλ ἁμαρτωλῷ.
Lord Jesus Christ, help your servant, the sinner Michael.
Commentary
The owner's identification of himself as a "sinner" indicates that he was a monk.
