The megas oikonomos John Pantechnes.

Commentary

The owner of this seal is well attested in the 1170s and 1180s and seems to have held the office of megas oikonomos in Hagia Sophia. See Wassiliou-Seibt's commentary with further references; and PBW : Ioannes 451.
